How does SalesMatch profiling service work?

Choose your package. You register on our website, we provide you with a link to send to your candidates and with your own unique client code. Once a candidate completes their profile, our system automatically sends you their Sales Profile to your chosen email address.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. You can sign up for any plan at anytime and add to your account according to your needs. You can sign up month by month or save nearly 40% by signing up for a yearly plan.

How long do I have to use my profiles?

There is no time limit on using your purchased profiles. Once a package is purchased you can use your profiles in your own time according to your business needs.

What happens if I reach my profile limit?

You can buy more profiles by calling us on +44 (0)1983 303011. However make sure you pick a package that will give you flexibility at the start, because it will cost you more to add to your package. You can purchase a yearly profile package that will provide you a large amount of profiles at a lower cost.

What happens to my candidates personal details?

All candidate details are on your own database and are not accessible by anyone else but you. We have no right to contact any candidate unless we are given permission by you.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and American Express, through our website. We can create annual invoices for Profile Premium & Bespoke. For new customers we require a Pro-Forma Invoice. Once an account has been set up we will invoice you.

Login Issues / Password Reset

Go to the Login page (at the top of the right hand side) under the Login button click on ’Forgotten your password?’ link. Enter your email address into the box provided, click ’Continue’ and we will send you your password to your email address.
